Unlike much of the jewelry available today, that is cookie-cutter assembled components manufactured under sweatshop conditions, Virago Creations jewelry, designed by Audrey Parker, is individually handcrafted, giving her designs a uniqueness, style and spiritual energy not found in generic, mass-produced items. Metal wire designs are fabricated piece-by-piece - hand cut, hammered and shaped using age old fabric and basketmaking techniques such as weaving, twisting and coiling.  Gemstones - both organic and mineral - are individually hand selected not just for their beauty and quality.  The role each will play in a piece is also carefully considered to create a look that is stylish, unique and classically modern.
